Founder
Selim S. Seckin is a managing partner at SECKIN’s Corporate Department, with concentration in the real estate practice area. Mr. Seckin’s experience includes real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as real estate financing, including, real estate fund work, and leasing transactions.
He has also handled a wide variety of litigation cases, including antitrust, contract, employment, environmental, intellectual property, and real estate matters. Selim is a member of Swiss Arbitration Association of Zurich, Switzerland(ASA), The American Society of International Law(ASIL), International Law Association American Branch(ABILA), Turkish Bar Association, Izmir Bar Association.
Prior to founding SECKIN, Selim worked at Birsel Law Office, a law firm led by Prof.Dr. Mahmut Birsel, located in Istanbul for 7 years.
Selim received a LLB from Marmara University of Law School in 1998 and has a certificate from New York University (NYU), in the field of International Intellectual Property. Selim is also fluent in Turkish and English.
